That sounds like a feckin' bad idea to me. Did someone at BC just watch Icarus and think "woah, that would make it way easier, no more jiffy bag controversies.."

Strikes me as the kind of thing that may make people look at BC in more favourable light “...oh but they actually work with UKAD to fight doping...” kind of thing but why UKAD agreed to such an association with the dodgy cunts at BC is beyond me.

UKAD should be clearly independent, this compromises that and seems ill advised at best.
