Isn't 'African Marigold' a euphemism for a plant it's illegal to cultivate in the UK?

I'd like some (10? 20?) but no time to collect this weekend. Will they still be viable next week? If someone else can take them of course no worries.
Also I was meant to bring and/or collect something else plant-like but I fail to remember what...

I planted 300 African Marigold seeds a few weeks ago and it seems that all 300 took.
I don't live in a castle with huge grounds mate, so would like to offer approx 100 seedlings to anyone that wants them. Come take em away. Can put them in individual plant trays if you'd like. SE6
