woahwoahwoah just drop two 5mm spacers on the track hub axle behind the locknuts.

Providing you've got enough axle to still get enough engagement with track nuts after losing 1cm length which isn't a given

Also am I not mistaken in thinking the dropouts would be 9mm and the axle 10mm so you'd have to file something?
