Yates dropped early on Finestre. Froome attacked at the start of the gravelled section and built a lead from there.

Michelton Scott burned domestiques chasing a strong breakaway containing 2 sky and 1 Sunweb.
Breakaway caught, then Sky did their Sky Train thing with Froome + 4.
Chaos ensues, Yates cracks.

Froome attacks after ridiculous pace by Elissonde, and no one can follow.

He committed on the descent, because it's a way of gaining thirty plus seconds without too much effort, whilst the group behind waited for Reichenbach to get back on to help the chase.

Now it looks like Reichenbach blew his bloody doors off chasing on the Finestre.
