Yes! Nothing gets through when it’s fastened, but you can ride with it open if it’s full. Or use it as an ice bucket 🍻

selling this excellent condition Surly Steamroller 62cm complete to start thinking about a (potentially) custom all-weather roadie. if you're tall and you need to cart stuff around on a bombproof machine, this is for you :)
Frameset was purchased new in August 2017, so is very new with no damage. a couple of tiny paint marks but these things are indestructible. The nice moving bits are all buttery smooth and all very weatherproof of course
