Big love to Tenspeed Hero. Bought some bibs from them at the London sample sale last year. The stitching around the chamois came loose and the chamois rubbed on the lycra and made a small hole, sent them a pic and they sent me a new pair no questions asked. The stitching came loose again, sent another pic (no hole), and they sent me the updated 2018 or whatever version for free. Great service. And the stitching on the new model looks much more solid.
