Location is All Saints Church, Patcham; round the back.

It's a hard one, and I thank you for it.

No clues, please... I'll get it.

Footpath that runs from The Droveway to Kelly Road, and on to Hove Park Road. The posh, modernist house on the right is called "Atelier". It won some award in 2008.

Big thanks for major assist by my homies J & R on this one. J was the one who actually found the location in the end, but we all chipped in with vital clues.
