Yup. I suppose an issue is that Jody Morris is an excellent Youth team coach and with no manager for next year, there can be no first team assistants.
Gerrard has gone off to manage a “big” team with very little Youth management experience. Lampard has been brought up in management and played for lots of different teams and under plenty of managers. He also has a Latin O Level.
