Thanks @cjr for helping out with the Tuesday Tens last night. I didn't work out that that was who you were until I was about to go off so I didn't say hi properly.
I felt a lot more comfortable than last week after some minor tweaks to the fit and gearing down to 52 x 16. I was only 14 seconds quicker though, and still about 2 minutes off my best time, so there's still a lot of room for improvement. It was very gusty though so I will use that. And my saddle needs to go up 5-10mm so I reckon that's another 2 seconds rifht there.
