Don't know the location to be fair.

My flat hasn't sold yet, despite being on the market since the weekend, I'm going to have a melt down and slash the price...

hold your horses, done be played by 'the game', ours took 6 months, life still went on, I bought bikes, travelled to sunny places etc.
