  • Mulligatawny soup

    Fry:
    Garlic
    Onion
    Ginger
    Add:
    Curry (madras)
    Then add lentils
    Cover with vegetable stock.
    Boil for 15-20 minutes.
    Easy. Eat

  • Sounds good. I quite enjoy making-up Dal recipes and am always partial to using as much curry powder as possible.
