Not the first time I've heard this. Will do that and just skip the first workout and use the ramp test FTP for the overall plan.
You can assign the ramp test to the training plan once you do it. It can go in place of the 20 or 2x8 test. Keeps it neat and tidy!
Even better. How easy is it to do that? Do you get a pop-up?
