uh sorry but bathroom has Aesop .. i'd say 670 is fair.

You can buy a WHOLE victorian house like that for £500k-ish in London's famous Catford with less walking distance from station(s).

I guess the word 'Clapham' holds the value.

You can buy a 3 bed flat in a private block overlooking Blackheath for less than that. Crazy times.
