I think you'll know from the viewings you got coming up whether you've pushed the envelope a bit too much on the price.

Indeed, don't think we will accept anything lower than 15k off asking to be honest as feel the price is decent. Friends who know the place feel the price is fair, but then they are prob influenced by being friends and having quite a few pleasant parties at the flat... only time will tell!
