    Chocolate cherry energy balls

    1 cup pitted dates
    1 cup dried cherries
    1 1/2 cups almonds
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla paste
    1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

    Method:
    Add all the ingredients to a food processor bowl & blitz until they form a paste.
    Roll into bite sized balls & store in the fridge until required.
    Swap the cherries for cranberries & the almonds for cashews to vary things.

  • Very interesting! I'll give them a go. Do they keep well out of the fridge? i.e. can I shove them in my bag for three days and still eat them later? All the ingredients would be fine individually...

    (I know it says store in the fridge but just wondering)
