The Butcher is pretty good.
Cannibale royale is also worth a look for general meat.Also Cafe De Klos. No reservations, just put your name down and wait in the bar across the road. Get the ribs.
Also might be worth looking at Graceland Bar-B-Q or Venus & Adonis

Black and Blue, Bleu are OK meaty...
Luna is also OKOn a different vein, had a lovely meal last night in Sinne. To be recommended.

For during a birthday trip; any recommendations for a burger place in Amsterdam? MEATLiquor / Cut&Grind kind of thing?
Or anything else meat-centric I should look into over there?
