Yikes. A 23mm Conti 4000 actually touches the seat tube on my Joe Waugh frame.

Any ideas for a 20mm tyre? I’d wanted to put gumwalls on this but now looks unlikely.

GP4000S2 comes in 20mm. If you want something cheaper, I've got some spare NOS 700x22 Vittoria Diamante Pro Radiale which come up slightly under nominal size.

I love my diamante pro radiale. Very nice for the tiny size. My 22mm was from PX on special I think?
