Had a bit of a shocker this afternoon.

I was out on an solo Audax today, near Battle late afternoon I can across a smashed up BMW and an old bloke staggering about in the road, obviously I stopped as I was concerned about his wellbeing, however when I got close I realised he was hammered on booze.

I asked what happened he just wanted me to go away, I decided to call the police when he realised what I was doing he got really aggressive and tried to grab my phone I was already speaking to an operator so I pushed him away and told him to back up. He kept coming at me so I walked up the road a bit and stayed on the phone, police were on their way and asked me to wait.

In the meantime someone drove up and picked him up and went back in the opposite direction the car was facing, someone else drove past looked at the car eyeballed me and drove off, he then came back two minutes later checked out the car so I flagged him down, turns out he was looking for the fella as he came out of a pub jumped in his car drove straight out the carpark smashed into a car driving past and drove off. Which is most surprising as the wheel was totalled and hanging off and it looked like the axle had snapped!

Police turned up impounded the car and went looking for him, I'm expecting a call tomorrow.

It was so shocking I mean the guy was so drunk he could have killed someone, fuck him so fucking much.
