I did a 20 minute one today. Guessed at a target and got 181W. My threshold HR seems to be set at 143bpm. What I don't know is if it constantly adjusts these figures based on tests, or whether you have to work them out and put them in.

Purely guesswork of my own, but I suspect you've a higher FTP than that.
