Yeh I saw that yesterday. It photographed well. Will be interesting to see how much interest you'll get.. you'll know if you've priced it right within a week or so I'd say.

Cheers. You don’t think the price is right? Went between the 3 valuations we had and don’t feel there is much comparable for the price.

I know the area very well and if you'd asked me to value it blind from the pics , I'd have said put it on for 525 and you'd probably get 510/515. But values are so up and down who knows- you can always reduce it but it's harder to put the price up.
