Actually, I may have the BB30 remover from Park (https://www.evanscycles.com/park-bb30-bearing-tool-set-EV185248) so perhaps only need the threaded rod bit, but don't want to pay £50 for Park's headset installer.
Any other options I can get delivered early next week?

I could but I'm not going to. Both bikes are being raced and I save my best hammer work for the Condor and the Inbred.
