Rough guess, £100k to rewire, replace plumbing, floors, windows, replaster throughout.
Maybe another £20k for new roof.
Then however much you want to spend on kitchen, carpets, lamp shades etc.
If you have enough cash to do that work after purchasing and you don't need to move in straight away, looks like it could work out.

How much of a big job is this beauty - looks very fucked up but that area of Leytonstone is where we want to live and I looked at a house around the corner from it for £900k the other day (was bigger and nicer obvs).
