Let's leave it to UKAD, if they think he's doping they'll be target testing him.

Agreed. It did seem to be an odd race though, Richardson's winning breakaway looked almost accidental and he seemed absolutely knackered on that last ascent of Michaelgate. As you say, very hard to tell from highlights.
