Avebury gets much less attention and fewer visitors than Stonehenge,
but,
at Avebury you walk amongst the stones/earthworks,
and wander through a neolithic landscape, (if you ignore the roads),
to, (but not up),

No haaa cool thanks 4400 years old and 335 m diameter is huge !
40km near Stoneage.... Cool I will go there on day : )
