Looks to be GXP which is Sram’s standard. Shimano as mentioned, will do several good budget options but they will require a new bottom bracket as they’re a straight 24mm axle and gxp are 24 but with a 22mm non drive side.
SRAM apex or rival would be the direct replacement for what you have
