All of these parts have only seen velodrome use apart from the cosmic.
Postage is £10 in the uk for wheels and £5 for the stem.

Mavic reflex tubular wheelset on record front hub and miche primato rear on 22mm Sprinters £150
Good used condition, have done a lot of velodrome miles. Untouched braking surfaces.
Cosmic tubular front, tyre is gubbed £65
Has seen mostly crit use, good used condition. Tyre doesn't hold air so will need a new one.
Deda Newton with titanium bolts 110mm 10 degree £20
