Trying to tap into the collective knowledge. I bought this Harry Hall off ebay on a whim. it's clearly somebodies old TT setup but it's got a weird seat clamp arrangement in the seat stays. Anybody seen anything similar or can hazard a guess on frame date, builder etc? The 753 restored sticker points to it getting a refurb at some point in its life.
