Yeah this will be the first year for northcape-tarifa bike race. And the race route includes a ferry from helsinki to tallinn and it will be a lot longer, about 7200km, and mountainous and some gravel too, so it's not the same as the record.

looks like it'll be fun, though different weather conditions at start and finish! Hopefully good weather up north so you don't have to pack and carry too much warm stuff.

Indeed, June can be cold in the north and rainy, and the wind is often from southwest. The roads can be interesting too, as it is a set route, so Andy had the possibility to lead us to rather small roads, that may not be that fast.
