I guess the answer to this is the likelihood that the the Chinese government would give loans to a Jakarta theme park under other conditions? I get why the Chinese invest in African railways etc, but is this one relevant to their long term interests?
Hopefully someone with a good understanding of their overall investment portfolio will pop their head out shortly. This could become really fucking awkward ... snigger.
