Old version of the Intec had it:
Different dropouts on that one, so it looks there are at least three different versions -

Could be an older model.
The dropouts are the same as well as the bolt for the cable guide under the down tube.

Sticker on the bottom of the seat tube ends in
-ec
-co
And the combination of canti-post and disc brake mounts on the back makes me think it's an Intec M1 from Ra-Co in Germany.
Fun fact. I've just ordered the disc only version.
