The headtube logo is just a random sticker. No idea what the frame is, but it looks like you could transform it into something nice by changing all components.

And the combination of canti-post and disc brake mounts on the back makes me think it's an Intec M1 from Ra-Co in Germany.

Fun fact. I've just ordered the disc only version.

No bilam TT/ST junction tho, which is the only feature that made it stand out for me....

It's not all blue tho as the fork is black, to the untrained eye it can look like a bike that's just blue and only blue but it is much more than that.

The dropouts are the same as well as the bolt for the cable guide under the down tube.
