If that zig-zag crack goes straight through it's just the dropout shroud. Try pushing the seat stay in and pulling the chainstay out and see if the crack opens up. Even if it is a crack in the vital structure, it's probably repairable but at a cost which is likely to render the value of the unrepaired frame close to zero, so you'll be wanting a refund.
