Bought something on Buy It Now for collection in central london. Just a bit of furniture, £150. Bought on 12th, Saturday.
Immediately messaged seller to arrange collection.
So far, silence from the seller. Nothing. Messaged again yesterday, still nothing.
What gives, and what now? Nerg then start refund process?
