I have looked into all of this briefly hoping to buy that frame but gave up.
Managed to get the frame in the end for £400. Going to build up with a DA9000 groupset I have spare and get some spyres to start with.
External cable routing so wont make a huge diff between hydro and cable, I am not a fan of cable entry angle of flat mount spyres, If I was you I'd get a flat mount to post mount adapter for front and build it with post mount spyres front and rear.
