yes

I have looked into all of this briefly hoping to buy that frame but gave up.

Yeah was looking at those.

I've got endcaps for my wheels so can switch between, assuming frame spacing is sufficient with the different rocker inserts.

I am 90% certain its the inserts that are measured to compensate the spacing.
