I've noticed this too, i assumed it was because I report every Ad as 'not relevant' in the vague hopes they'll be unable to work up an ad profile for me.
I assumed id run out of companies, but obviously not, there seems to be a lot people id rather not see. -

Are ordinary people paying Instagram to have their photos promoted now ? Seem to be getting random people’s shit photos promoted in my stream now.
Sooner someone makes a half way decent photo sharing app/website the better
