  • Taking your own definitely gives you more flexibility to snooze when you need to. Also sleep facilities tend to be minimal so having your own means you don't miss out if 20 people are already using all the matts/blankets.

    Hugely variable what to expect but they will tell you in advance.
    Most people sleep on a 600, most don't on a 400.
    I've never taken my own sleep kit and always got sleep when I've wanted it.
