It's the Newbury H25/1, an honest course, he can't be taking it that seriously. Also trying to guess the weather in Britain within 30mins? I don't fink so! :D

More likely is the org had seeded much of it and I was last minute entry so went at the end.

Or reduced C_rr from water lubrication of the tyre squirm. I think that effect dominates for thin layers of water, so in most cases a wet road is faster.

I don't care if it means I make 40W more power, I've still got to take it easier because you can't trust roads in this country. All that standing water hides potholes. I also take it easier on turns and because carbon braking is just shit, any RABs I'm going through.

Long 52 off surprisingly higher NP, even though I'd dropped my stem 10mm. I managed to miss 3rd place by taking the wrong fucking exit on the east RAB (again). I really don't know why I bother riding courses with any turns, I may as well just start a minute later.

Anyone who skipped the E2 today will be kicking themselves. Winner set a new comp record. I got a pb by 12 mins and smashed the LVCC club record. Well happy/rather surprised with that.

Need to check, but I’m pretty sure I broke my 10 pb and my 25 pb twice!

In a fit of madness I have entered the national and Welsh 12hr tt's. The 24hr is booked and the ecca 12hr is booked. Can't wait.

Thanks, as I said I was a little surprised how fast I was going. But I was feeling pretty good so just tried to maintain the effort and even upped it slightly once I was on the last ten miles which I know well.

Let’s hope for as good conditions for the ECCA 100 and the National 12!
