  • Doesn’t rain usually mean lower pressure and reduced crr?

  • Lower pressure but increased crr from picking the water up on the tyres/moving through the surface water

    Or reduced Crr from water lubrication of the tyre squirm. I think that effect dominates for thin layers of water, so in most cases a wet road is faster.
