  • Keeping level around 62, some days I actually drop below 61.3ish. Calories set at 1740, protein 100 min and to be honest fat is 40% most days which is fine for me. I try not to eat it all as cheese/bacon which is harder some days :p

    I tend to break my calorie rules for that day, as feeling faint and washed out is not fun. Sure a 100 grams of carbs can't hurt...go on then ;)
