Maybe the weather is going to get worse so he asked for an early start

It's the Newbury H25/1, an honest course, he can't be taking it that seriously. Also trying to guess the weather in Britain within 30mins? I don't fink so! :D

More likely is the org had seeded much of it and I was last minute entry so went at the end.
