Mortgage advisor is a tenuous family connection and the price for his connection is similar to what we expected from looking around. Not based in London however.

Location doesn't really matter, they just need to know their shit and have good insurance in case they do not know their shit.

It helps though. I could ride over to mine and post bags of shit through their door if they annoyed me. I think they got the hint after our first direct meeting and were fine.
