Yeh I get that. But a lot of ppl will say ah fk it it's perhaps not what we would do but it's fine and pay accordingly. You low ball and don't get it.
The irony of the 70s is that people spent a lot of time and money ripping out the Victorian features and all the hipsters are now spending a load of time and money putting the Victorian features back in (what I'm currently doing)
