The problem is that most people would say yeh it looks ok and move into it as it is. You've priced it as you did because of the work you want to do to it. Most people would pay the sticker price because it's perfectly habitable and they don't want to do the work.
I think you need to find an utter wreck for this strategy to work myself...

Its all subjective isn't it... but personally I would want to do a lot more than just redecorate. On my list was... new extension doors/end, new loft conversion wall, move downstairs toilet, replace fireplace, new floors throughout, and more... but thats just me. I'm sure it could be great with a lick of paint and some actual furniture.
