I'm in same boat now. Offer accepted on a do-er upper in Mcr. Agent rang me on one they cancelled my viewing on, back on market. Same price. All done up. Furrrkk.

Here ya go... I offered 630 as feel it needs entirely redoing... others have offered more. Its pretty big to be fair.

I like those roads down by Coppermill Lane, nice part of the 'hood.

Fair bit quieter than the Leabridge / Hoe St peninsula where we are.
