I'm in same boat now. Offer accepted on a do-er upper in Mcr. Agent rang me on one they cancelled my viewing on, back on market. Same price. All done up. Furrrkk.

Just been sent some details to another property in better condition for lots less, fuck that massive hell hole I nearly bought.
