• £799. Owes me more, I think its fair given the rarity, a usable wall hanger, as a little easier on the back! 700c 650c wheels. I believe it's Columbus El. The distinctive shine of nivacrom steel through the odd chip would also confirm this. The drop out details and brazing is something else. Particularly nice virgin campag shamal and block on the back. Just need some money at the mo. Price includes a drive to just outside London to meet as I'm not posting. Probably needs a few final tweeks as only just finished. Only difference to the pics is dual pivot campag Daytona brakes, as I hate old sidepulls. Moneys in the frame and wheels but also features 355 bars and JTek aerobrake levers, new shimano thumbies, new turbo and basic new shimano spds. Chainsets an old Chorus, and the rear mech is a Shimano 600 tricolor. Front brake could use a rat tail file to get closer to the braking surface is the only niggle, the drop on this is mentally small underside of brake I carefully filed to remove a fraction of alloy catching on a 23mm tyre. Thought I'd offer it up here first. As a kid I saw the APEX fork on the front of cycling weekly and always thought it was cool. I've loved getting it back on the road, just don't have the room or nice roads around here. Collect Manchester or meet.

  • Built and painted by Andy Perks in Birmingham !! Original paint job !!

  • Yes I really love this blue and the chrome, and the gold under lacquer transfers are very retro. If I had the room and the funds and the roads round here it'd be going nowhere! Might just nip down the road on it as its such a beautiful night...

  • On the bay as of 8pm ce soir. Thanks to a one quid final value fee. Otherwise I wouldn't! Low reserve. PM me an offer and you never know...
