Nope. You have to purchase the whole bike; Schwalbe ain’t releasing them on their own as I found out recently.

Are the CHPT3 Tan-wall Schwalbe Kojaks tyres available to purchase yet? And do the Schwalbe Kojaks run any better than the standard Brompton tires?
