got me to a sub 45 10k and 20:36 5k weighing somewhere between 95-100kg
it's not an easy workout though.
mixing imperial with metric = capital offence
total miles are smaller no than total km
kg are smaller no than lbs.
brain sees smaller number left to go doesn't feel like there's as much remaining, motivation is increased.
