  • Off to HHSRB you go. Nice that. How does it ride?

  • What wheels and stem is that?

  • Stem is a nice steel GT one, recommended by @hacha. Think it’s intended for MTB use.

I like the hidden bolt... just make sure it’s done up tight enough!

I got the wheels off countryboj, iirc he said the rims are Reynolds (attack, assault??!) don’t know what the difference is... laced to gran compe track hubs.

  • @jono @Tijs
Thanks, might give the yellow tape a try if the forum says so :) A classic Crankset would be nice but I‘m happy to have built a neo retro bike on a budget and I don‘t want to spend more money on it atm :D

@Gaston I‘m not a big fan of the looks of that groupset tbh :)

    Blasphemy!

  • I think I'm happier with my rat bike now but something is still not quite right.. I mean the colour for one..

Maybe I should put campagnolo pista cranks on it.

Colour is great. Switch out the flat bars for risers and drop the stem. Maybe change the chainring. Other than that, looking good!

  • Waiting for eBay seller to get back to me about postage . But may have this in my possession soon. Thinking flat bar/bullmoose gravel bike with a small rack on front , modernish group any maybe a respray.

  • Rad frame! First dibs etc. I've been looking for a 55ish steel CX frame with cantis and a 1" head tube and it hasn't been easy.

  • Got to wait to see if he’ll let me have it first . Won the auction but for quite cheap

  • A couple of adjustments and matching helmets

  • That orange one is so nice.
Shame he seems not to building any more, eh?

  • I saw his gram had gone quiet. Has he really stopped building? Really sad news if so.

  • Pretty sure, yep.

  • Any info on this?
Maybe he is just on sabatical??

  • Might have just been busy. I really hope he hasn't stopped. I'll have nothing to aim for in life...

    What is your current lead-time?
Current Lead Time is over 12 Months. We are not taking on new orders until Spring of 2018. Please email then if interest. Thanks!

  • yours ? the two of us? one gravel and one road ?

  • Not really digging the helmets or saddlebags, but those are some beautiful bikes!

  • They are both so clean? They look literally unused .... or are you in Japan @azimuth?

  • I quite like the matchy-matchy. Fabio Wibmer wears POC so it must be fit for purpose! He's just insane.

  • No - I just cleaned them

  • Took the Jan Janssen on a 60k testride today and I‘m really happy how it turned out. Very stable and stiff but lively at the same time. I‘m quite impressed with the shifting Performance of the Tiagra, feels very similar to 105 and even Ultegra. Braking performance on the other hand is pretty shite but I guess that‘s mostly due to the cheap og brake pads.
